What happens If I, Or A Member Of My Party Tests Positive For Covid-19 Before We Travel?

If you receive a positive Covid-19 official test result 21 days or more before you travel, we will issue a full refund for your accommodation.                                                                                                                                           

We are unable to offer a full accommodation refund less than 21 days before the travel date 

We are unable to offer a full accommodation refund if you are self-isolating for any reason, or there are testing or vaccinated status requirements for your travel or stay. 

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that provides cover for such reasons.
