If travel advice from your country is issued/changed before you travel and there is advice against non-essential travel, we will guarantee a full refund of your Accommodation, Ski Extras & Transfer services.

If your accommodation booking starts within the next 21 days (3 days for Transfer & Ski Extras only bookings) – Please contact us within 24hrs of any Government Travel Restriction update that prevents you from reaching Andorra to claim your refund or change your booking.

No refund is due if Government advice changes during your stay, or changes to vaccinated status or extra testing is required.
